We will ship your Faja on all orders over $75 in the U.S. along with standard and express options for international orders.
If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select USPS Economy.
We'll do our best to send your Faja / Shapewear ASAP
If your girdle is purchased on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before 12 p.m., it will be dispatched on these same days to be received on the days stipulated Priority Mail 1–3 business days by USPS.
Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.
It is very important that you write the correct address, if you know that you misspelled your address or did not put an apt/unit number please call us immediately at (913)717-5723 EE.UU or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can no longer intercept a package after it has already left our facility regardless if it was with the incorrect address nor will we resend a package if it is sent to the incorrect address unless the package is returned to our facility.
If your package gets lost or stolen from your mail box we will help you open a claim with USPS, but we will not issue a refund or re-send the order as we are not to be held responsible for lost or damages caused by a third party. Once the order has been shipped you will get an email with a tracking number and a link. If you do not receive an email for the tracking within 1-2 days of placing your order please contact us, and we will send it again. Once the package leaves the offices the United States Post Office will be in charge of delivering your package, with that being said if any package gets stolen, lost or destroyed we are not responsible; but if that happens please let us know, so we can file a claim for you and we will help you as much as we can until you get an answer, package etc.
